Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges and refunds within 7 days of receiving your order, if there is an issue with the product. Please contact us via Instagram within 7 days, and we’ll provide instructions for exchanging or refunding the product. Please note that exchanges or refunds due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

Shipping Policy

• We ship everywhere in Egypt, excluding the New Capital and North Sinai.
• Shipping cost is 60 EGP. Enjoy free shipping on orders above 2 Blankkits.
• We use Bosta for shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 days.
• Once your order is shipped, Bosta will send a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Payment Policy

• All payments are processed in EGP (Egyptian Pounds).
• We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway, PayMob, as well as cash on delivery.
• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
